Whether you want to make money, or just having fun, if you own a website, you want people to see it. If you want to drive MASSIVE traffic to your website, you have to be willing to put some time and effort in it. If you don't know how to write articles, you will not get any decent traffic!
An article is designed for two things. You want people who read the article to click on the link to your website AND you want search engines like Google and Bing to FIND your website. The more articles you write, the more people will visit your website and the more links you have to your website, the higher you'll be ranked in the search engines, generating even more traffic.
I myself have been writing articles for years now. In my experience, the most successful articles are the ones that follow a specific structure. I have analyzed my most successful articles and I've broken them down into a 5-step formula. This formula has yet to prove me wrong!
Here's how to write articles. Write This Down!
The first thing you need is an interesting title. If you're writing an article on how to lose weight, "How to Lose Weight" is not going to cut it. Use words like effective, proven, strategies, techniques, methods, secrets, etc. Using numbers is also very effective. For example, you title might be "7 PROVEN Strategies on How to Lose Weight".
In the first paragraph of your article, you introduce what you're going to talk about. It's important to put yourself in the reader's shoes. Ask questions like "How is this person feeling/ what is this person looking for?".
The second paragraph is all about making yourself a reliable source of information. If you want to teach people to lose weight and you're overweight yourself, people are not going to take your advice! Tell a personal story on how you lost 200lbs or say how many people you've helped to lose weight.
It's not until the third paragraph where you actually give your readers the information they were looking for. It's vital that you do some research before writing this paragraph!
In the final paragraph, you give people a reason to click on your link. You can do this by offering something irresistible like a free report or a video.
Writing articles really is this simple and I believe anybody can learn how to write articles successfully.
