How To Stop Being Angry Under 5 Seconds

A popular axiom states that every 60 seconds of anger will cost you one minute of happiness. That is true. Something also interestingly is that when you are angry you can actually cause more damage. So what is one secret that can help you control your anger in 10 seconds or less? I discovered the answer few months ago and I am going to reveal it to you here, ignoring it will be at your own peril.

Change Your Focus

If you have read about the mind,one thing you will know is that the mind gives you answer to any question your bring to it and also whatever you focus on expands. When next you get angry at someone,try as much as you can to change environment immediately and then channel your thoughts on something else.

Think of something you can be grateful, maybe something about the person that you could like. At first you might not get the answer but think even deeper and am sure you will come up with something nice and as you focus on the positive, the anger beings to wane off and finally disappears.

There is nothing like a good day or bad day,your day is only defined by what you "feel". If you "feel"you did something nice in a particular day or had an interesting experience you tag it a good day not because the day really brought something but that is what you think and feel.

So change your focus and your anger will dissipates with time.
