You definitely are having a problem of control in one area of your life if you are not able to keep your temper in check. However you are still in control of other areas and you may find it most helpful to get some motivational assistance to help spur you into some anger management courses or taking advantage of the many resources that are available to you in this area.

If you are going to trust anyone's judgment it will be most likely be your own. You truly do know your own feelings and if you are suffering from regular bouts of anger then you know this is an issue, but what you need to do is convince yourself that you can do something about it.
